My name is Kathy Cameron. I am a wife of a LEO, mother of 4 teenagers and young adults, and feeder of lots of pets. I live in Texas on 2 acres in the northern area of the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex. I own 2 Christian early childcare centers in Pottsboro and Sanger. I have been in the early learning childcare industry for 18 years. My passion is showing and teaching teachers how to structure their classrooms in a compassionate and child centered way.

I’m a wife, mother, owner of several child care programs and founder of ChildMYnder. My children and husband have taught me about life and the kind of woman I want to be.  I learned about business and leadership first hand while building my childcare empire from the ground up and mentoring and training hundreds of women as they worked to achieve their goals.

I have a distinct talent for empowering others to discover their full potential, achieve their dreams and discover how to balance business and home.  It really is possible.

Aleta Mechtel 

Aleta has two decades of hands-on experience in early childhood education, and has worn multiple hats from teacher to director, then owner and now coach. Her journey began with persistent learning and applying effective business strategies, which helped her form a thriving multi-location business while launching two complementary enterprises aimed at addressing childcare's staffing challenges. Recognizing the power of mentorship and collaboration, she now dedicates herself to helping other business leaders and decision-makers achieve their goals through Business Coaching and Strategic Planning Masterclasses.
