Author, Humorist, Inspiring Keynote Speaker and Workshop Trainer Extraordinaire He has been called the trifecta of childcare. Growing up in an "in-home" program. As his company grew, he has been the owner-director of small, medium, and large programs. After 28.5 years, including a decade of multi-site ownership, he sold his schools to a large regional provider. Rachel Supalla

Rachel Supalla, a renowned Early Childhood Business Expert, brings over a quarter-century of expertise as a Consultant, Trainer, Author, and Multi-site Child Care Center Owner. She launched Discovery KidZone in 2009, creating a legacy through her 8 locations in Montana and two distinct brands. Her impressive accolades include the Innovative Business of the Year, Top 20 Business Leaders Under 40, Best Daycare and Preschool in Helena, and Best Businessperson of the Year. Kathe Petchel

Kathe Petchel has worked in early childhood education since 1980. A graduate of Penn State University, Kathe earned her B.S. in Elementary Education with an early childhood emphasis. After teaching kindergarten and first grade in public schools, she opened her first childcare center in 1984. Along with her daughter, Molly Hichens, she owns three locations serving more than 450 families in Charlottesville, Virginia. In 2017, Kathe initially joined the HINGE Advisors team as a staffing and operations consultant guiding clients in various best practices before their schools were marketed and sold. Currently, she is on the Business Development team, focusing on building relationships with potential sellers and working alongside HInge colleagues including financial analysts and transaction advisors as a liaison for sellers as they plan a successful expansion, exit or sale. A large part of that work includes speaking at early childhood conferences and for large multisite companies.

Rachel Huckfeldt

Rachel is the Director of Operations here at ChildMYnder. She holds a Masters of Education in Teaching and Learning, where her focus has been on shaping innovative and effective program development strategies. To enhance her skills, she also pursued certification as a business strategist, adding a unique perspective to her educational expertise.

With over 7 years of experience in the education industry, she's made a significant impact in the field. For the past 2 years, she's been a valuable contributor to the Early Childhood Education sector, where she continues to shape the future of ECE programs.

Now, when she's not ruling the professional scene, She's a mama bear to two awesome kids and a loving partner to her lucky spouse. She's all about that work-life balance, and her journey is living proof that you can rock the career and family life with style.
